The rose bush is basically an advanced and more beautiful form of hedge. Once you manage to create a city that attracts aristocrats, you can make use of brand new ornamental objects in the building menu. Some of the new missions offer interesting new challenges. Once it gets there, it will leave behind a crate that the player will have to deliver to the trader. When escorting a ship, players will have to protect a friendly merchant ship as it makes its way to the edge of the map. Once the player finds the ship, they'll have to return its cargo to the trader in order to obtain their reward. For rescue missions, players will have to find a stranded ship somewhere on the seas. There are plenty of great additions outside of the new campaign, from new trade missions to new city pieces to an impressive new disaster. Getting the gold should be that much more difficult. If you had to drop down to easy for a particular mission then, you'll only walk away with the bronze medal for the whole campaign. When you complete the campaign, you'll be rewarded with a medal that represents the lowest level of difficulty you took in any mission. Grace can help out by delivering much needed goods when the player is in trouble, while Horatio can often create fantastic inventions that help pull a player's fat from the fire. Both of them play a strong role in the adventure and are introduced early on. Players will also encounter the lovely smuggler Grace Bonnet and the old inventor (and inebriate) Horatio. ![]() Equipped with a vast fortune, he's set out to discover legendary treasures that may not actually exist. Though the player is sort of the hero of the game, a lot of the story revolves around the actions of Finn Hallqvist, the scholarly explorer who has become confused about the difference between the myths he read about in his history books and the reality of the world around him. With bitterness to match his ambition, del Torro has sworn revenge and will destroy anyone who stands in his way. When he tried to solidify his control of the Lodge, his fellow spies expelled him. Having used terrible means to rise to power, del Torro was eventually overcome by his own ambitions. The main villain of the campaign is Diego del Torro, a petty street criminal who had risen to become the Grand Master of the assembly of spies at the Lodge. Within the first few chapters of the adventure, you'll find yourself searching sunken cities, lifting an Aztec curse, fighting a massive city fire, running a blockade and unraveling the poor urban planning of a misguided nobleman. In brief, the player will take on the role of an adventurer who's helping an NPC named Finn Hallqvist find a powerful artifact known as The Eye of the Dragon. Hearing the adventurer's comments on the events based on how they turned out rather than on what he was thinking at the time adds an interesting dimension to the story. It's told by an aging adventurer who is recalling the greatest moments of his life. ![]() ![]() We don't want to spoil it, but the story of the campaign is very interesting. ![]()
